By accessing the information on PussieWhipped site you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions you may not access PussieWhipped site. All references to PussieWhipped in this agreement shall include the www.pussiewhipped.com web site, WEB Merchants, Inc and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, shareholders, agents and attorneys as applicable. Access to PussieWhipped is restricted to the individuals 18 years of age and older.

All trademarks appearing herein are acknowledged. Permission to use documents delivered from this World Wide Web site and/or server and related graphics is restricted. The name of Pussie Whipped. or any of the above trademarks or logos may not be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of this information without specific, written prior permission. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pussie Whipped reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Pussie Whipped reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Pussie Whipped shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pussie Whipped shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Pussie Whipped shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling and subject to a 15% restocking fee). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. Returning Videos.

Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened videos for up to ninety days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value. We can only accept opened videos for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost. We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened. Before you return any item, please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-290-3215 M-F AM-PM EST or email sales@pussiewhipped.com. In your return package please include: The packing slip A note telling us what the problem was A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service. We hope you have been and will be happy with our services. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pussie Whipped or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from our Distribution Warehouses. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory in our warehouse.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the estimated cost of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these charges, feel free to contact us. All items purchased at PussieWhipped are being shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such items is going to be passed to a purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier.

Please note that order shipments returned to Pussie Whipped due to incomplete/incorrect postal information or refused entry by customs may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

CUSTOM AND DUTY
Orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the addressee as Pussie Whipped has no control over any foreign duty or additional taxes charged.You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; PussieWhipped has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country.

Please note that order shipments returned to Pussie Whipped due to failure to pay import taxes or custom duties may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Inventory information: We do not keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you. Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost.

Back-orders (Out-Of-Stock Items): Back-ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog. Note: we never charge your credit card until the item ships; therefore, no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card upon order cancellation. If payment was made by check or money order, your credit will be placed in your PussieWhipped account and will be automatically applied to your next order. Collection and Use:

PussieWhipped is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. PussieWhipped collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Registration:

If a user chooses to register with our site, a user is required to give the following: a unique password, a unique user name and email (optional). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Order:

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
