• Your purchase is kept completely private from any nosy neighbors, delivery personnel or relatives. • All orders are shipped in plain boxes to be discreetly delivered to your door with complete privacy.

• Even though we do not require an email address or phone number on orders, this information is very important to us to alert our customer of any problems or delays.

• We strongly encourage our customers to sign up for a user account. This enables a customer to view order status and be able to make changes to orders. The benefits of a user account provides: o No hassle order cancellation and modification. o Various promotional offers and gifts. o Speedy checkout to save your time. o Wish List to keep track of what you want to buy. o Purchase history.

• Customers can sign up for a user account during checkout or after order placement. Delivery Costs • Standard shipping is FREE for $65+ orders either UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

• Standard shipping for US orders under $65 is flat $8.95 for one item and 10.95 for two.

• UPS Ground for multiple item orders and for large items and USPS Priority Mail for small orders.

• UPS Next Day charges please add $30.00 • UPS Second Day charges please add $15.00 • International shipping charges please add $40.00 • Canada shipping charges will start from $15.00 • Extra shipping charge is applied for the large bulky items. The charge is reflected on the product page and shopping cart. USPS Priority and UPS Ground $10, UPS 2nd Day $34, UPS Next Day $45, UPS Canada Standard $25 and USPS Worldwide $35. These items are not qualified for 65+ order Free Shipping. Top Delivery Service and Options Orders placed: • Standard shipping takes 1 week. Express shipping will take 2-3 business days and overnight will take 1-2 business days. International shipping can take 2 weeks. • After 3:00PM EST on Friday will be shipped out on the following business day, Monday.

• USPS Priority deliveries will take 2-3 days, counting from the shipping date. So if an order ships Monday then the expected delivery would be by Thursday of that week.

• UPS Ground o East coast deliveries take approximately 1-4 business days o Centrally located states deliveries take approximately 3-4 business days o West coast deliveries take approximately 3-5 business days

• UPS Next Day shipments will ship same day if placed before 3:00PM EST and arrive on the following business day.Examples: o A Next Day order placed on Tuesday before 3:00PM EST will arrive on Wednesday. o A Next Day order placed on Friday before 3:00PM EST will be delivered on the following Monday). o A Next Day order placed on Friday after 3:00PM EST will be shipped on Monday to be received on Tuesday (unless Saturday Delivery is requested for an additional $12.00 fee).

• UPS Second Day orders will arrive on the following 2nd business day.Examples: o A UPS Second Day order placed on Tuesday before 3:00 pm EST will ship out the same day and arrive on Thursday. o A UPS Second Day order placed on Friday before 3:00PM EST will be delivered on the following Tuesday o A UPS Second Day order placed on Friday after 3:00PM EST will ship out on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday

• Note: UPS requires a physical street address for delivery. PO Box addresses need to be shipped using USPS Priority Top Tracking Numbers for Shipments

• All orders UPS and USPS including International shipments will receive a tracking number. Please provide an email address to receive your tracking number.

• UPS (www.ups.com) will be track-able as soon as the package leaves our location that evening. • USPS Priority (www.usps.com) tracking number will not be track-able. There will be two entries you will see the billing information received and it will be updated upon delivery at the local post office for delivery.

• Note: o All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays. o Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add one business day to all delivery methods. Top Shipments to Military Bases (APO/FPO) Addresses

• For entering military addresses please select the military option in the shipping address screen choose either circle choice for APO or FPO (for the country) and for either circle choice AA, AP, or AE (for the state)

• Delivery to military addresses can take up to 10 business days and are shipped using USPS.

• All military shipments are marked with a $10.00 face value, the contents description to read "massager" and it is marked as a gift. Top International Shipping

• International shipments require customs paperwork and these shipments will take approximately 1-2 weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country.

• You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. This can be tracked for your convenience on the www.USPS.com website. • Customers may want to check with local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within their country

• All item that we sell on our site are legal in the USA, however if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs.

• We also are not held liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.

• On all international shipments once the shipment arrives into the destination country and customs received the package, the customs agents make all the final delivery arrangements. After tracking the package on www.USPS.com and it states the package is in customs the customer can contact their local customs agents for final delivery information and arrangements.

• We mark all customs forms with the description of "Massager" for contents inside the package

• Note: High Risk Countries: some countries that we have found to be risky as far as importing to with customs seizures and problems are Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, and South Korea. We take every effort to accommodate our customers but we cannot control deliveries to these "hot spots". Top Canada Shipments

• Shipping to Canada charges start from $15.00 and up depending on how many items purchased.

• All Canadian orders will be marked on the customs form with a value of $10.00 to try to accommodate additional tariffs from being charged, however we cannot be responsible for any additional charges, tariffs and taxes that customs may impose.

• All Canadian shipments are shipped UPS Canada Standard • Canadian orders take approximately 5-10 days to be delivered

• Note: o Sometimes problems occur in transit of packages. However we will always assist our customers in the resolution of these instances o All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays Defective items can be returned, we will replaced defects with the exact same model. Undeliverable/refused packages will be returned to us and we credit your account for the products only.
